Tommy Patterson is a 6'8  freshman out of Baltimore, MD. While most kids begin playing competitve basketball (AAU) around 4th grade Tommy did not start playing competitive ball until he got to high school. Tommy played his senior season of high school ball in Dallastown,PA at Dallastown High School. After signing to play at Glenville State in 2012 Patterson red shirted his first year. He definitley took of advantage of his red shirt putting on 15 pounds of musccle and really working on his perimeter skills. In time Patterson will become an inside outside threat and be virtually unguardable. Tommy really shoots the ball well, jumps out the gym and he contests every shot at the rim not allowing any easy baskets.

Tommy Patterson's game is quite impressive considering he didnt start playing basketball until high school. Tommy is a huge piece to Glenville's future along with Brett Morris and Kenny Moore. Tommy will have big shoes to fill after Mallory graduates but with the way he continues to get better Tommy and the  Pioneers will be just fine.
