The 2013-2014 Pioneers are a Band of Brothers
The Pioneers are a unique and special team. This team is made up of guys who all hit serious construction in their basketball careers and had to take a major detour that led them to Glenville State. What makes this team special is they all have the same mindset and are on the same page, which is rather rare in college basketball. Every single player on this team has the same goal to win the MEC and go to the NCAA Tournament, but each player also knows that it is going to take hardwork and sacrifice. The team looks upon the season as a war and each game is a battle! As long as one teammate is willing to do anything for the next teammate this team will be successful. They refer to themselevs as a family and there is no better people to go to war with than your brothers!
